Other than our monthly support groups, there are a number of different places you can access support after the death of a baby.

There are also male-specific groups, including www.strongmen.org.uk (supporting men who have lost a loved one at any age), and general mental health support services such as www.mind.org.uk and www.samaritans.org or call 116 123.
If you feel that counselling may be beneficial – you can access trained counsellors through some of the above organisation, go through your GP, or some workplaces may have access to counselling support.
